Course Overview

This 1 day training is designed to equip attendees with the skills and knowledge to successfully implement the BRCGS on-site. Attendees will gain with an in-depth understanding of the revisions to the format and content of the Standard and includes particular reference to the changes in response to the issues and concerns of the food industry.

Previous Knowledge

Participants should have read a copy of Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 before attending this course. A good technical knowledge of the industry is essential.
