HACCP and QMP System Maintenance
Experts at Food Technology Consulting will maintain FSEP HACCP Programs and QMP systems for federal establishments and same or other HACCP based programs for non federal facilities.
The maintenance will include:
• Reassessing and updating the current HACCP systems to meet regulatory requirements
• Training the employees on GMP, sanitation and CCP's at a predetermined frequency
• Verification of the required documentation
• Validation of CCPs
