Our two-day course provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to perform an internal audit for food safety and quality management. It is designed to provide comprehensive and flexible training to participants worldwide. It also provides discussions and practical activities to the delegates, teaching them required skills and techniques that may be applied during the internal audit.
Delegates will gain skills to perform effective internal audits and be prepared to pass third-party audits. They will be provided with a live audit (case study based) where they are required to apply skills learned and knowledge/experience. Trainer will give feedback on how they performed during the case study and how they can improve on their auditing techniques.
