Course Overview

Food Technology Consulting will conduct a one-day Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) training session for auditors, food safety experts and consultants wishing to learn more about implementing and auditing in the Program. Prescreened and qualified Auditors will be asked to complete a final exam in order to receive an Approved GFCP Auditor Designation.

This course includes examination, at the end of one-day training. All participants will receive a GFCP-issued certificate.
