Course Overview

This 2 days training introduces you to the BRC Global Standard Food Safety. It provides you with an in-depth overview of the purpose and requirements of the BRC standard and how it can improve your business methods. Course participants will gain an in-depth and practical understanding how to develop and implement a documented system to comply with the Standard on a manufacturing site.

This course includes open book examination on the second day of the program. All participants will receive a BRC-issued certificate according to grade received
