Gordana Halbreiner

CO - Founder

Gordana Halbreiner is a co-founder of FTC. She has more than 25 years of experience in food and packaging processing and regulatory affairs, which enables her to consult and conduct training in these areas.

With FTC, she has been involved in a diverse range of projects, both in Canada and internationally, developing and implementing HACCP and Quality Systems as well as various GFSI schemes in the food and packaging industry. Gordana has worked with both federal and provincial HACCP Systems, and has assisted processors who export meat and poultry products to the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology. Gordana worked with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Food Inspection Branch and CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency), on different projects.

Gordana is certified internal auditor and ATP (Approved Training provider) for BRC program by BRC Institute, HACCP program for food processors and farms by HACCP Alliance ,IFS PACsecure by IFS PACsecure. Gordana holds exclusive rights to train on GFCP program (Gluten Free Certification Program) and she is FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor.




Ivana Roskic

CO - Founder

Ivana Roskic is a co-founder of FTC with extensive experience in different Food Safety and Quality Systems, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), as well as various GFSI schemes in the food and packaging industry. She has assisted in the implementation of over 60 food safety systems in Canadian companies, both provincial and federal.

Ivana worked with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Canadian Food Inspection Agency on different projects and has conducted numerous workshops in Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology.

Ivana is certified internal auditor.

Ivana is ATP (Approved Training Provider) for BRC, IFS PACsecure, GFCP and HACCP for farms and food processors and she is FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor.

  • Food Technology Consulting reviewed and provided comments to the CFIA and Food Industry on the changes made to the FSEP Manual. The purpose of the project was to simplify and improve existing FSEP standards.

  • Food Technology Consulting assisted in the development and implementation of Advantage GMP/HACCP programs in four processing facilities. Food Technology Consulting's dedication and effort - together with OMAFRA staff, scientists, certified laboratories and Canadian General Standards Board - resulted in Advantage GMP/HACCP certification at these four facilities. This project identified a number of areas where improvements can be made to Advantage GMP/HACCP programs.
